Hi,

I wrote a FireFox extension that helps bloggers easily add links to their posts. It uses OpenCalais for semantic analysis and Google search for link suggestions.
It's still alpha code, but I think it's already useful and fun to use.
Check it out in kaalga.com
Would love to hear what you think.

Thanks, Amit.

Good post. I would also like to add that Camtasia, is available as a free 30 day trial, where you can fully use it and any videos that you create are yours.

You can download the latest release here:
http://free-software-downloads.softwarecasa.com/screen-recording/camtasia-51/

Cheers,
Peter

I am not sure that the email scanners check the actual content of the url embedded in an email. So the url won't be visited by the scanner.

(they probably use a database, plus analyze the URL based on keywords, etc.)

There could be one problem with this service. Suppose you are sending the link via email, and receiving person's email scanner checks links inside email for any spams then the message might be destroyed before he read that :)
