I saw this at OSNews Comics, and that’s where I picked it up from (as mentioned in the beginning of the post).

Is there someone else I should be attributing this to?

D, this is not a rip off of xkcd. I have read every single comic on the xkcd site, and there is nothing like this at all

And if you’re just trolling: Poor effort, I give it a 2/10, and that’s being very generous.
